Due to the nature of the product, I am unable to accept returns.
I will send the correct item(s) if the wrong item(s) has been sent. I do my very best to ensure that packaging is sufficient enough to protect the polish, but life happens. I will work with each buyer on a case to case basis in the event that the bottle gets damaged during shipping.
Damaged packages must be reported to me within 48 hours of receiving the package. No replacements can be honored after 48 hours.
I cannot refund for packages that have been marked delivered by USPS. Please check with your local postal office for help retrieving or possibly locating missing packages. Often times they are delivered to the wrong address, so contact your neighbors and be patient as it takes time to be re-delivered.
